Question 1

What is joyaccesshub?

Accepted Answer

It is a skill-based competition platform. You enter a room, play the same game as your opponents under the same rules and the same clock, and the highest score wins. No random draw decides the result.

Question 2

How does a match actually work?

Accepted Answer

Pick a game, then pick a room. The room tells you how many players it holds, how long the round lasts and what it costs to enter. Once the room fills, everyone plays the same round and the scores are compared at the end.

Question 3

How is the winner decided?

Accepted Answer

By score. Every player gets identical starting conditions and an identical countdown that our servers control, so the result comes down to performance. Scores are recorded with timing data we can verify afterwards.

Question 4

What is the difference between Goldies and Funnies?

Accepted Answer

Goldies (GL) is used in ranked competitive rooms. Funnies (FN) is used in casual rooms. Each room shows which coin it uses before you join.

Question 5

What are entry fees and where do they go?

Accepted Answer

The entry amount is taken from your balance when you join a room. Most of it forms the room reward paid to the winner, and a platform fee is retained. Both figures are shown on the room before you commit.

Question 6

What are practice rooms for?

Accepted Answer

Practice rooms are free, played on your own, and award nothing. They exist so you can learn a game and warm up before entering a room that costs something.

Question 7

Can I play without an account?

Accepted Answer

You can look around and try practice play as a guest where guest play is switched on, but you need an account to enter rooms, hold a balance, appear on the leaderboard or receive rewards.

Question 8

Can I take money out?

Accepted Answer

Payouts are only available when the payout feature is switched on for your account and your identity has been verified. Your wallet always shows which options are currently available to you.

Question 9

How do you stop cheating?

Accepted Answer

Automation, modified clients, shared accounts and collusion are all banned. We record score, timing and a verification value for every round and review anything that does not look like real play. Confirmed cheating means results voided and accounts closed.

Question 10

What if I want to slow down or stop?

Accepted Answer

You can set a self-exclusion period or ask us to close your account. During an exclusion you cannot enter rooms or buy coins, and it cannot be lifted early. See the Responsible Gaming page for support services.

Question 11

How do I get help with a specific match?

Accepted Answer

Email support@joyaccesshub.com with your display name, the match reference and roughly when it happened. We can check the recorded round and reply with what the data shows.
